I know nowt about dog breeds, but that to me looks like it's got the body of a Staffie and the face of a Yorkshire terrier. I am prepared to stand corrected though.

Once?

There is a difference between a mongrel[dog] and the derogatory word Tomplum used.

In the lakes they fished Derwent Water and Watendaith Tarn and they did a Bow and arrow challenge although I can't remember who won,

Ah you have sussed my basic spelling problem. Its no secret on here and is well hidden in these days of ' spell check' and word prediction but. when you get a word that's not commonly known, there is the give away, The teechers did their best at skool but, In my day they had never herd of disinfectant and there was no benefit allowance either,

It's a strange name for a tarn isn't it. . Most people can't pronounce it properly let alone spell it .

I think Bob won the bow and arrow contest because Paul had to drop his Keck's as a forfeit .

Tom , since you're an expert on Mortimer and Whitehouse ! What size of hook did they use ? No , no ... just kidding

whatever size they used , I'm pretty sure it would be barbless, I know that because Bob lost so many " Don't wind Bob, BOB STOPWIND,,,,,,,OH FOR F&^%$£ sake Bob"

I watch that program green with envy, not just the lakes and rivers they fish but, the accommodation they stop in and the fact that, they are always alone on the bank, When I go fishing there is always ' Bank nutters' coming midering wanting to know, how many you catch, how big, what sort, what you caught it with, To me, fishing should be peaceful, A man alone in the countryside, taking in the scenery enjoying nature all around, catching fish is good too but, you can't guarantee that , This Summer coming I'm going in my camper to Scotland and visit some of the places they fished and, I'm gonna meet the monster seeker on the banks of Loch Ness,,,
